Multifamily condominium complex where we installed irrigation, trees, plant material, turf, native area restoration, and retaining walls. One of the challenges of this community was the tight areas around the buildings to navigate as well as the large expanse of area along Smoky hill. We were successful in converting much of the area slated for heavy water use bluegrass to low water use native grass.
