Precision Grading for Lasting Landscapes

Hall Landscape Contractors offers grading services that set the stage for long-lasting landscapes. We reshape your property to create a solid, compacted foundation while managing water flow to safeguard against flooding and erosion. With experience in Colorado’s varied landscapes, we ensure your outdoor spaces are prepared for any installation—whether it’s patios, gardens, or full-scale outdoor living areas.

Efficient Watering, Reliable Drainage

Smart Irrigation & Drainage Solutions

At Hall Landscaping, we install high-performance irrigation systems—overhead, drip, and Netafim—that conserve water and keep your plants lush. Our drainage solutions, including buried downspouts, swales, and culverts, prevent water buildup around your home and landscape. Designed for Colorado’s weather and terrain, our systems promote long-term landscape health and protect your property from water damage and erosion.

We handle the red tape so your project runs smoothly.

Code-Compliant Landscaping You Can Trust

Hall Landscaping ensures your project meets all local regulations, from HOA restrictions to city ordinances. We review plot plans, check easements, and work directly with local authorities to keep your project compliant from start to finish. Our team manages everything—gas line checks, HOA approvals, and more—so you avoid delays and costly mistakes. We take care of the paperwork, so you can focus on your dream landscape.

Not at this time—but we’re always evolving! Hall Landscape Contractors currently specializes in
high-quality 2D landscape plans and renderings to help bring your vision to life.

We can make your sod area virtually flat; however, most HOAs and building standards prefer a
slight 2% slope to promote proper drainage away from the foundation. At Hall Landscape
Contractors, we always design with both aesthetics and function in mind to meet guidelines and
protect your home.

Hall Landscape Contractors offers a range of irrigation clock options—from standard manual
timers to smart controllers that connect to your phone. These smart systems allow you to
monitor and adjust watering schedules from anywhere, making landscape management more
convenient than ever.

Not necessarily. While some smaller landscapes may allow for a single irrigation zone, we
typically separate plants into multiple zones based on size, type, and water needs. Hall
Landscape Contractors also customizes emitters for each plant group to ensure efficient
watering.

Almost always! Drip irrigation is our go-to for shrubs and perennials. Depending on your specific landscape and plant types, we may also use micro-sprays or Netafim tubing for optimal water
distribution and plant health.

Hall Landscape Contractors has experience working in nearly every major neighborhood in the
area and often has access to HOA rules and guidelines. If we haven’t worked in your specific
community, we’re happy to contact your HOA directly to get the necessary information for your
project.

While Hall doesn’t submit directly to HOAs on your behalf, we’re happy to provide all necessary
documentation, renderings, and guidance to make the process easy. We’re also available to
answer any questions or address special requirements your HOA may have.
