Valerie brings experience in the landscaping industry along with strong skills in data and software management and operations. She’s passionate about supporting day-to-day efficiency and helping bring Hall’s crews together as one team. Valerie is excited to continue growing her career at Hall and enjoys being part of a role where collaboration and organization make a real impact.
Outside of work, Valerie is a proud mom of three who loves cheering on her oldest son at soccer games (with hopes the other two will join in someday!). She also enjoys playing soccer herself, spending time with her family, being outdoors, and camping whenever she can. Known for her positive attitude and constant smile, Valerie believes everything happens for a reason and feels grateful and blessed to be part of such an incredible team.
