Commercial facility with detention pond landscaping and commercial landscaping throughout the developed and undeveloped parcels. Many challenges at this project including a major gas line in most of the landscaped area adjacent to the main road where most excavation had to be completed delicately and mostly by hand. We also encountered weed encroachment from neighboring lots, prairie dog infestation/destruction, and a dump site for trash where we constantly removed unwanted trash to ensure the tidiness of the site. Client was pleased when we completed installation in only 3 weeks time.
